We're confused by this review. We received a call from this number that disconnected, so we called back - as we do with all dropped calls to ensure no one with an appliance emergency is left stranded. When that call also disconnected, we tried once more. Only then were we told the original call was accidental. We had no way of knowing it was a misdial. We were simply following our policy of returning missed calls, which has helped countless customers with urgent repair needs. Leaving a one-star review for a business that politely returned your call seems unfair. This review doesn't reflect any actual service experience with Apex Appliance Repair - we simply returned what appeared to be a customer call. We encourage those seeking appliance repair to read reviews from customers who have actually used our services and experienced our professional work and commitment to helping people. We'll continue returning disconnected calls because that's what responsible, caring businesses do.
